Our service
is an independent travel booking service. We help you search for and book airline tickets by phone. We are not an airline.
Fares and availability
Fares change often. The only price that applies is the one your advisor confirms on the call, and the total is stated before you pay.
Fees
We may charge a service fee in addition to the airline fare. Any service fee is included in the total quoted to you before you agree to pay.
Airline rules
Changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage and check-in are governed by the airline's fare rules, which your advisor explains before booking. You are responsible for entering traveler names exactly as shown on valid ID and for having the required travel documents.
Payment
Payment is taken by phone at the time of booking after you agree to the total. Your ticket is emailed once payment succeeds.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or events outside our control.
