Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated:
Refunds and cancellations depend on the airline and the fare rules of your ticket. Your advisor explains the rules for your fare before you pay. Have a lawyer review this policy before launch.
24-hour cancellation
US Department of Transportation rules require airlines to allow free cancellation within 24 hours of booking for tickets bought at least 7 days before departure. If your ticket qualifies, we will help you cancel within that period. Please call us as soon as possible.
Other cancellations and changes
- Many fares are non-refundable, or refundable only with a fee.
- Airlines may charge change fees and fare differences.
- Any service fee we charged is stated at booking and may be non-refundable.
Airline cancellations
If an airline cancels or significantly changes your flight, you may be entitled to a refund or rebooking from that airline. We will help you contact the airline.
